Requirements: BLS, NIHSS, IV Cert, Cerner experience; permanent address 50+ miles from facility

• Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting during night shifts.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Assist in patient education regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
• Use performance metrics to improve patient care and achieve targets.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical setting.
• Proficiency in monitoring and documenting patient vital signs.

• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for effective patient and team interaction.
