We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in Dothan, Alabama. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a collaborative and supportive environment, with a strong focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
The role includes providing anesthesia services for a variety of surgical procedures in a hospital or surgery center setting. CRNAs here enjoy a high level of autonomy, with physician support readily available when needed. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
- Pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia recovery management
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff
- Monitor patient status and adjust anesthesia levels as needed
- Maintain detailed documentation for all procedures
- Low cost of living and affordable housing
- No traffic congestion and family-friendly atmosphere
- 20 minutes from the Florida state line
- 1.5 hours to Tallahassee, 3 hours to Atlanta, and 5 hours to Tampa
