The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in multi-family property management, supervisor experience, and advanced skills in communication, presentation, and delivery. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

• Manage team and perform employee evaluations
• Interview, hire, orient, and train new hires
• Meet targeted revenue goals by increasing sales and implementing short/long-term marketing and leasing strategies
• Budget modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis and management
• Lease enforcement process – apartment inspections, evictions, collections, notifications, and other processes as outlined in lease agreement
• Client/Owner Management – conduct property tours and provide updates on property’s performance
• Resolve customer complaints and issues

• 1-3 years of experience in multi-family property management
• 1-3 years of supervisor experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Advanced skills in communication, presentation, and delivery
• Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
• Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
