Job Description

Great job for high‑energy team builders! You will assist the General Manager in coordinating and take ownership for tasks and assignments given to your team. Day‑to‑day operations will include cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You will develop future managers by setting a strong example and mentoring your team, adhere to policies and procedures, foster a culture of daily encouragement, and recruit great new people.

Compensation

$12‑$15 per hour ✦ Bonus Eligible ✦ Weekly Pay

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
  • Develop managers by example and mentorship.
  • Enforce policies and procedures and model expected compliance for crew.
  • Encourage current team members and recruit new ones.
  • Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, and professional appearance.
  • Promote 100% Domino's image standards and provide excellent customer service and service recovery.
  • Maintain attendance, punctuality, dependable transportation, store cleanliness, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of all operational tasks and ability to train those tasks.
  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
  • Prepare products correctly at an advanced pace.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean store and equipment daily.
  • Communication skills – verbal and written – to give correct instructions and interact with customers and co‑workers.
  • Ability to comprehend and give instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions & Skills
  • Perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) accurately and quickly (calculator optional).
  • Make correct monetary change.
  • Use verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Exhibit motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.
  • Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
