Customer Account Representative

Overview

Customer Account Representative at Rent-A-Center. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service, supporting sales, and assisting with deliveries and merchandising.

• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences in-store and in customers' homes, and obtain new rental orders when needed on the sales floor and over the phone.
• Assist with deliveries and pickups, including safe loading/unloading, installation, and maintaining company vehicles and procedures.
• Maintain an inviting store environment, refurbish merchandise to like-new condition, and keep showroom clean and organized.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record (company vehicle use required)
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Strong communication and customer service skills

The position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, and lifting/moving heavy items; normal safety guidelines apply.

This is a full-time position with hours Monday through Saturday;
Sundays off and one other weekday off. Schedules may vary with business needs.
