Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, ensuring there are carts ready and available, and assisting members with loading their vehicles.

This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine. Our members count on you.

Responsibilities
  • Ensures club pick‑up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed, informing members when products are unavailable, and offering alternative product options when needed.
  • Maintains the safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and reporting unsafe situations.
  • Provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing member purchases, and handling payments.
  • Utilizes cash registers to assist members with transactions, locating and organizing merchandise, zoning the designated areas, and maintaining carts/flatbeds.
  • Assists members with transporting items and maintains parking lot cleanliness.
  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
