Location:

USA Home Goods Store 0853 Dothan, AL. This position has a starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles; maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and handles change according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Execute store recovery and maintain cleanliness across the sales floor and store.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; participate in safety and loss prevention initiatives.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures; support shrink reduction programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Possesses excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors; retail customer experience preferred.
