GP Mobile is one of the largest T-Mobile Premium Retailers in the US. We are looking for highly motivated people to join our team. If you want to earn unlimited commissions while working in a fun, fast-paced environment, GP Mobile is the place to be! Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.
Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team to promote the T-Mobile brand. They are brand ambassadors who energize and excite customers about our products and services. They thrive in fast-paced environments, continuously evolving with technology innovations and customer needs. They build strong relationships with customers, uncover needs, and educate about device and service solutions. This role is a learning position, where new associates develop skills for advancement to Retail Associate Manager.
Successful completion of new employee training is required.
What You’ll Do In Your Role
- Build proficiency in serving and selling, providing a world-class customer experience and fostering loyalty.
- Assist customers in their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
- Demonstrate the latest technology and personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
- Approach customer interactions with integrity, compassion, and professionalism.
- Utilize digital tools effectively during interactions and onboarding.
- Explain coverage, plans, and services to customers, emphasizing T-Mobile’s benefits.
- Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and processes.
- Engage in continuous learning about wireless innovations and technology.
- Collaborate with T-Mobile employees across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and support small business leads.
The Experience You’ll Bring

- Balance customer needs with performance goals.
- At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail experience preferred.

- At least 18 years old

- High School Diploma or GED
