The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store-specific measurements and cycle counts.
• Complete the Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity through detailed recovery and review.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service following GURA principles:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, and Appreciate.
• Ensure customers have a superior shopping experience that sets us apart.
• Provide peak coverage during special times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of education level.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical conflict resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between stores using personal vehicle is required, often for long periods.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to promote a safe environment.

• Travel as needed; push/pull up to 2,000 lbs with equipment; lift overhead occasionally; frequently stand, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
• Operate store equipment and handle merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all training requirements.
• Operate necessary equipment (excluding forklift/baler if under 18).
• Perform physical tasks throughout shifts, including standing, walking, reaching, and moving merchandise.
