Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. Maintains safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and adhering to Company steel standard guidelines.

Corrects unsafe situations. Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy and invoice security. Completes work assignments prioritizing policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations. Provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Company products.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Applies Open Door Policy and executes business processes and practices. Embraces differences, builds trusting relationships, communicates with impact, energizes, mentors others, and recognizes contributions. Serves customers and members, delivers results, balances priorities, and considers impact. • Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
