This is a full‑time, on‑site Salesperson role located in Dothan, AL. The Salesperson will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with customers, offering tailored solutions, and staying updated on tire products and services. The individual will provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and support operational tasks, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.

• Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, communicate effectively, and upsell services or products.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, including managing time efficiently and maintaining detailed documentation.
• Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills to address customer concerns effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency for managing sales records and inventory systems.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the tire or automotive industry.
• A professional and customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

• Must have a clean MVR, drug test clearance, and pass DOT physical.
• Ability to commute or relocate before starting work (required).
