Pay Rate: $22.00 - $27.00/hour*

Primary Responsibilities:

• Properly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, or HVAC.
• Communicate repair status updates with customers and branch office.
• Order parts and communicate with branch.
• Complete service calls accurately and promptly.
• Audit truck stock to ensure necessary parts are available.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms according to standards and safety protocols.
• Meet on-call requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Completion of background check and drug screening.
• At least 1 year of experience in commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration, or HVAC.

Skills, Abilities, and Other Requirements:

• Ability to work independently.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive, electrical, and mechanical issues; background is a plus.
• Journeyman License or CFESA certification is a plus but not required.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication and soft skills.
• Good driving record.

Working /

Environmental Conditions:

• Lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly; up to 100 pounds frequently; over 100 pounds with assistance occasionally.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing ladders.
• Extensive travel to work sites.
• Exposure to heat from fryers.
• On-call weekend rotation (varies by branch).
• Work in high-temperature environments like kitchens and rooftops.
