• 8-10+ years’ experience in:
  • Commercial Refrigeration (walk-in freezers/coolers, reach-in freezers/coolers, and ice machines)
  • Commercial HVAC (split systems, package units, make‑up air units, exhaust systems, building balancing, etc.)
  • Commercial Cooking Equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, mixers, warmers, etc.)
• A strong desire to continue company-provided education on commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and hot‑side equipment
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work on‑call
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) for handling refrigerants
• Technical degrees and relevant certifications are a plus but not required
