Technician I - Maintenance

This position will be based in Webb, AL.

Monday - Thursday 7am - 5:30pm with an on-call rotation.

• Conduct general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures.
• Inspect facilities, equipment and systems to identify any issues.
• Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
• Perform general carpentry and electrical tasks.
• Travel within a 5 county catchment area.

• HS Diploma/GED.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electricity, carpentry, and mechanics.
• Capable of operating industrial equipment, machinery, and physically handle heavy materials or equipment.
• Good motor vehicle record with a valid driver license.
• Subject to pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Meet insurability requirements to drive a system vehicle (21 years of age).

• HVAC Certification.
