• Greeting customers and ensuring a positive experience during fueling and washing processes.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections to confirm tire, fluid, and basic maintenance items are complete.
• Maintaining a clean, safe facility for customers and associates.
• Building skills through training and hands‑on coaching to perform minor repairs such as tire installation, replacement, or rotation, and preventive maintenance.
• Completing additional projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness and ability to work outdoors.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance with Penske management guidelines, DOT, OSHA, and all Penske safety and maintenance policies.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance required.
• Capability to maintain a current driver qualification file, including MVR checks, DOT physical, and safety performance records.
• Willingness to work the required schedule, location, complete employment application, background screening, drug screen, and physical as required by DOT.

• Move frequently, stand, walk, climb, bend, and sit for extended periods.
• Use hands routinely to grasp, reach, touch, handle, and operate tools or controls.
• Work safely at heights using ladders and elevated platforms.
• Work safely in all weather conditions.
• Maintain visual and auditory awareness to navigate the workplace safely.
• Regularly lift or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally lift or move up to 100 lbs (45 kg).
