OverviewPredictable power lanes with a high volume of freight. Consistent freight allows for maximum drive time and less downtime. Dispatched in advance, allowing for improved planning. 95% no‑touch, mostly drop‑and‑hook freight. Drive within the Eastern 37 states.
Pay and bonus potential- Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
- Weekly performance pay.
- Mileage incentive:
Potential to receive a $0.02/mile increase based on weekly miles run and goal. - $3,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year for experienced drivers.
- $1,500 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year for inexperienced drivers.
- Paid orientation.
- Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
- Annual bonus:
Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
