This is a full‑time on‑site role as a Capacity Representative at AMX in Dothan, AL. The Capacity Representative will manage shipments, coordinate with carriers, and ensure timely and efficient transportation services.

• Managing shipments and coordinating with carriers.

• Maintaining relationships with carriers and optimizing freight movement.
• Providing exceptional customer service.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of transportation logistics and supply chain management
• Experience in coordinating shipments and managing carrier relationships
• Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Preferred – Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
• Truck Transportation
