Join the H&R Block team as a seasonal Receptionist in a Franchise Location. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money. Building strong client relationships will be key to your success.

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients as they prefer.
• Help ensure all client needs are met during service, both in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
• Sales/marketing experience.
