*** JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
** This position engages patrons to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about services, programming and services provided at various Continuing Education sites. Assists with the set up and tear down for a variety of events and makes certain the necessary supplies are on hand and organized.
** ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:*
* • Engages patrons of various Continuing Education sites to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about services, programming and services provided.
• Retrieves, organizes, and inventories supplies.
• Assists with coordinating the details related to setting up events to ensure successful execution and appropriate tear down.
• Tracks student participation in the space.
• Assists community member, students, faculty and staff with technology.
• Consistently and dependably attends work, activities, and functions as scheduled or assigned.

• Ability to stay current with technologies available in the Do Space and remain current with any changes and updates.
• Ability to effectively work and interact with various cultures and ethnicities.
** MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

* • High School Diploma/GED.
• A minimum of 6 months of full-time experience in customer service or technology focused employment.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience considered.
• Must pass a background check.
