Role Description
As a Senior Client Administrator, you will take ownership of the day-to-day administration of client entities within your portfolio, supporting your Team Leader and contributing to the development of junior team members. The ideal applicant will possess strong organisational skills, a keen attention to detail and demonstrate an ability to form relationships with both colleagues and clients.
Responsibilities and Duties- Take responsibility for the daily administration of client entities, reporting to your Team Leader and supporting the wider team.
- Hold client directorships where appropriate, ensuring responsibilities are fulfilled in line with regulatory and internal standards.
- Provide mentoring, guidance and peer support to Junior Administrators and other team members across the business.
- Ensure client files are correctly set up and maintained in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Assist with the implementation of VAT and/or tax planning strategies for clients.
- Liaise with intermediaries, clients, employees of client companies, banks, payment service providers, and tax/legal advisers regarding client onboarding and structuring.
- Deliver detailed analysis of client bank account activity as required, in accordance with the scope of engagement.
- Prepare minutes, statutory documents and other formal records as needed.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities that are reasonable and relevant to the role.
- Previous experience in a CSP environment is essential.
- Demonstrate an ability to perform well in both a team environment and when working from own initiative.
- Possess strong organisational and time keeping skills, ensuring all work is finished in a timely manner and in accordance with company procedure.
