Naph Care is hiring Licensed Therapists & Counselors to join our team at the Arizona Department of Corrections located in Douglas, Arizona
. Naph Care offers supervision for Dependently Licensed Psychology Associates, allowing you to gain your hours and grow your career in the rewarding and exciting field of correctional healthcare.

We are looking for LMSWs, LCSWs, LACs, LPCs, LAMFTs, LACs, and LMFTs.

Pay rates range from $36.00 to $42.00 per hour based on shift, site needs, hire status, and experience.

Full‑time and part‑time positions may be available. Sign‑on bonus for full‑time up to $7,000 depending on licensure (Independent vs Dependent).

• Master’s prepared candidate with active, unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Professional in Arizona
• LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, or LMFT
• Valid CPR card
