The IT Support Level 3 professional is a critical member of the IT team, responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues. This role requires a deep understanding of various IT systems and the ability to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently. The IT Support Level 3 person works closely with other IT staff, end-users, and third-party vendors to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.

Our IT department is looking for an exceptional individual who has the following attributes:- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT problems.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 support staff.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.
- The role will involve working outside of regular business hours to address critical incidents or perform system maintenance if required.
- You are expected to take part in the on-call rota.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a Level 3 role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
