Job Overview:

The Travel Agency Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the travel agency, ensuring efficient and profitable service delivery to customers. This individual will be responsible for managing a team, developing and maintaining customer relationships, planning travel packages, and driving sales.

Team Management:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of travel agents and staff.
• Provide ongoing training and support to ensure high levels of productivity and service excellence.

Customer Relations:

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales and Marketing:

• Drive sales growth through the development of new business and partnerships.
• Working with Senior Management to implement marketing strategies to promote travel packages and services.
• Identify market trends and adjust product offerings accordingly.

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily agency operations, including bookings, travel arrangements, and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and customer service standards.
