About UsWe’re not just a bakery, we’re a community hub. Our space brings together an artisan sourdough bakery, coffee roastery, microbrewery, three cafés, and a tap bar, all under one creative roof. We host events, gigs, and gatherings that bring people together, and we take just as much pride in our culture as we do in our craft.
If you’re looking for a new challenge, love food and drink, and want to be part of something genuinely cool, this might be your thing.
The RoleWe’re on the lookout for a Junior Baker to join our sourdough team. This is a hands‑on, early‑start role that’s perfect for someone energetic, curious, and keen to learn the art of real bread‑making while being part of a buzzing, supportive environment.
You’ll be involved in everything from dough to delivery, helping get our bread out to cafés, supermarkets, and independent shops across the island.
What You’ll Be Doing- Mixing sourdough doughs and refreshing leavens.
- Shaping and preparing dough for baking.
- Supporting daily bake production.
- Packaging finished products to a high standard.
- Getting orders ready for wholesale and retail.

- Keeping the bakery clean, organised, and running smoothly.
- Working as part of a tight‑knit team that supports each other.
- Someone looking for a new challenge and who enjoys a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced, community‑driven environment.
- You don’t need loads of experience — just the right attitude.
- Curious, motivated, and not afraid of early starts.
- Loves food, coffee, beer, and community vibes.
- Reliable, hands‑on, and happy to graft.
- Full driving licence required (for deliveries).
- Be part of a creative, community‑driven business.
- Learn real sourdough skills from an experienced team.
- Work alongside bakers, baristas, brewers, and roasters.
- Early finishes — your afternoons are free.
- A workplace that values people, music, events, and good times.
- Competitive pay with room to grow.
