Position: Student Success Coordinator (FT, CFE)

Job Overview

Under the leadership of the Dean or Director for Student Success and Enrollment Management, the Student Success Coordinator will provide enrollment, academic advising, and retention support services for a diverse student population.

Responsibilities
  • Orient students to Wiregrass academic structure and policies.
  • Assist prospects and students with admissions processes, registration issues, academic planning, and financial aid.
  • Refer students to professional support services offered through Wiregrass and the service area.
  • Coordinate campus‑based and online new‑student orientation activities.
  • Participate in recruitment activities.
  • Collaborate with academic programs and perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution.
  • Three (3) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge of and experience with BANNER, Degree Works, and Target X.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience serving as an academic advisor in a post‑secondary setting.
Salary and Benefits

Salary: $45,500 per year. Full‑time position includes State of GA benefits such as leave accrual, health, supplemental benefits, and retirement options. Eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
