Part‑time (20–30 hours per week, flexible shifts Monday‑Sunday)

Our retail store is the front line of our mission to develop people, change lives, and build communities. As a Donor Door Greeter you will welcome donors, safely process donations, and provide excellent customer service while staying engaged and communicating effectively. You will use a hand‑held device to maintain accurate donation records and support the seamless operation of the store.

• Greets donors quickly and efficiently with excellent customer service.
• Receives donated goods from donors by unloading vehicles and carrying donated items.
• Provides receipts to donors and maintains accurate donation records using a hand‑held device.
• Organizes donations into bins as they are brought in to assist with accurate processing.
• Performs general housekeeping duties and keeps the work area neat and clean.
• Assists truck drivers when loading and unloading donations.
• Works other areas of the store as requested by the leadership team.

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Average math skills.
• Ability to use a hand‑held electronic device.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Prior experience working in a retail or customer–service environment (preferred).
• Warehouse experience is preferred.

• Starting pay rate of $12.00 per hour.
