Position: Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a driven and hands‑on Retail Store Manager to lead our Douglas, GA location. This full‑time on‑site leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, developing team talent, and ensuring a best‑in‑class customer experience.

• Lead and manage daily store operations to achieve sales, margin, and service goals.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales and operations team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalations with professionalism.
• Drive sales performance through execution, coaching, and accountability.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, replenishment, and floor flow.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and showroom presentation.

• Serve as the primary point of leadership, communication, and accountability for the store.

• Proven experience in Retail Store Management with team leadership responsibility.
• Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving, time‑management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead from the floor and set clear expectations.
• Experience in furniture, mattress, or appliance retail is a strong plus.
