Field Measurement and Contract Technician – Five Star Bath Solutions of South Georgia (Bathroom Renovations)

• Drive to project location after a sale is made to meet with customers. (At times this position may require a good amount of driving - typically you will be driving a company vehicle.)
• Review project details per the sales contract to ensure what is outlined in the contract aligns with the customer's expectations.
• Take accurate measurements of the space that will be remodeled to be used to order the correct materials for the job.
• Confirm with the customer the placement of accessories such as shelves, grab bars, shower head height, seats, niches, etc.
• Take pictures in the company app for that customer and enter the measurements and accessories placement onto the pictures.
• Make any relevant notes in the app that the project manager should note while ordering materials and that the installer should be aware of.
• The measurements and notes put in by this position and any added by the project manager should contain enough detail for the installer to look at and be able to diagnose how to proceed with the installation.
• Learn to diagnose, note and discuss with the customer any issues with the layout of the current bathroom that would cause issues completing the project to the specifications of the contract and/or customer expectations.
• Explain to the customer what is covered in the contract and what is not covered, i.e., what could cause additional cost to the customer.

• Warehouse organization and job staging (Typically 8–12 hours per week).
• Ensure materials such as wall panels and doors are unloaded and organized in the proper slots.
• Place material for each job to go out that week in carts to be received by installers.
• Picking up materials such as shower heads and grab bars from local suppliers.
• Delivering materials to installers on the job site.
• Placing material orders as needed.
• Other duties as required.
