The Hospitality Services Manager is responsible for the leadership, coordination, and daily operations of the hospital's dietary services, ensuring high-quality meal service for patients, staff, and visitors in alignment with clinical nutrition standards, regulatory requirements, and the hospital's commitment to exceptional patient experience. This role oversees food service production, sanitation, procurement, menu planning, and staff development.

Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.

Knowledge of CMS and Joint Commission dietary requirements.

Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships.

Proficiency with dietary software systems and Microsoft Office.

Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive motions as needed for kitchen operations.

Ability to work in warm, cold, and fast-paced environments.

The Hospitality Services Manager oversees all food service and hospitality operations within the Critical Access Hospital in Douglas, Wyoming.
