Electrical Foreman Opportunity – High Pay and Great Benefits!

Are you an experienced Electrical Foreman ready to lead a dynamic team? Monad, a leader in heat trace and insulation solutions, is expanding and looking for a Working Electrical Foreman to join our crew. This is your chance to work in a supportive environment where your skills and leadership are valued.

• Competitive Pay: $43-$50/hr + $12/hr per diem
• Projects in Colorado and Wyoming with room to grow. Travel is required.

• Current Journeyman’s License in Wyoming and Colorado (or willingness to reciprocate)
• Experience developing a bill of materials and managing stock
• Strong ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Proven experience leading small crews of apprentices

• Plan electrical installations with efficiency, minimizing waste and ensuring compliance with codes
• Read and follow NEC codes and regulations
• Install electrical conduit, cable, and industrial power equipment
• Test circuits to ensure safety and compatibility
• Manage and train apprentices to build a strong team

Safety First:
We require OSHA 10, PEC Safeland, and equipment certifications. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and have a valid driver’s license.
