The Worship Pastor exists to glorify God by crafting meaningful and Christ-centered worship experiences that inspire congregational engagement and spiritual growth. This role serves as a shepherd-leader, guiding people into authentic worship and discipling a team of musicians and technicians with excellence and humility, all while aligning the worship culture with the church's overall mission and values.

The Worship Pastor will provide spiritual and musical leadership for the worship ministry, including leading worship, equipping volunteer teams, managing worship and tech ministries, and fostering a culture of Christ-centered excellence in all aspects of worship.

• A growing, vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Proficiency vocally and instrumentally (guitar/keyboard preferred).
• Ability to read scores and lead sheets.
• Ability to lead choir and orchestra.
• 3-5 years worship leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization.
• Familiarity with Planning Center, Pro Presenter, click tracks, Google Suite.
• Heart for discipleship and shepherding volunteers.
• Proficiency with AV systems.

• Creative, detail-oriented, innovative.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Team-oriented, adaptable.
