Work Shift:

Day (United States of America)

Physician and Dentists provide clinical services to patients consistent with their training and expertise. The care of patients is the highest priority in the Well Star Health System.

• Clinical practice of medicine, surgery, or dentistry, including the care of patients in outpatient or inpatient settings or both.
• Documentation of clinical care and documentation and tasks necessary for billing and other administrative functions.
• Continuing Medical Education required to maintain licensure and Board Certification.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all Well Star Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.

• A MD, DO, DMD, or DDS Degree.
• Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Georgia.
• Applicants must have completed the necessary residency training requisite for their specialty and be certified or qualified for certification by their respective specialty Board.

• All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
• MD - Medical Doctor (if applicable)

• Required minimum experience:
  Previous practice experience in a residency training program is required; prior practice experience in lieu of residency training is preferred.

• Skills commensurate with the given specialty. Applicants will be expected to show proof of competency for clinical skills applied for.
