• Preparing detailed mechanical cost estimates for commercial/industrial projects
• Analyzing drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Collaborating closely with operations, project management, and leadership
• Contributing to a high‑functioning estimating department that values accuracy, integrity, and teamwork
• Playing a meaningful role in projects that matter

• 5+ years of mechanical estimating experience (more for senior‑level roles)
• Strong mechanical construction background (HVAC, piping, plumbing, process systems, etc.)
• Mechanical Engineering or related technical degree required
• Experience in estimating commercial or light industrial projects
