We’re seeking an enthusiastic Wellness Advocate to join our Nutrition Nest Clinic team. This role is ideal for someone who loves health, nutrition, and longevity—and wants to help others discover that same passion.

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check‑in and service orientation
• Provide basic information about clinic services, therapies, and memberships
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment in all wellness areas
• Assist with light preparation and turnover of treatment or recovery rooms

• Share product knowledge and help guests choose supplements or wellness items
• Promote upcoming workshops, nutrition programs, or events
• Encourage lifestyle awareness rooted in health, mindfulness, and longevity
• Model wellness through your own enthusiasm and healthy habits

• Process payments and manage client scheduling software
• Support the Wellness Team with stocking, inventory, and client communication
• Maintain logs, checklists, and cleanliness standards throughout the clinic

• Work closely with RDNs, CNS, wellness advocate leads, and attendants to ensure seamless service
• Assist with special events, wellness talks, and seasonal promotions

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for nutrition, wellness, and healthy living
• Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail
• Willingness to learn about longevity, supplements, and integrative health

• Support the launch of a first‑of‑its‑kind wellness retail destination
• Help establish systems and standards from the ground up
• Opportunities for advancement into Senior Coordinator or Assistant Manager roles
• Training in inventory management systems, vendor relations, and wellness retail
