• Perform evaluations and deliver individualized occupational therapy services to residents with physical, emotional, or developmental conditions
• Create personalized care plans to improve function in ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
• Recommend and instruct in the use of adaptive equipment for greater safety and autonomy
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, holistic care
• Track progress and document interventions in compliance with professional and facility standards

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the State of Georgia
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Compassionate, patient‑centered mindset
• Long‑term care experience preferred but not required
