Registered Behavior Technician; RBT

Join the Sky Care ABA Team! We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our mission-driven team is committed to meaningful progress using evidence-based approaches like Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) in settings including homes, schools, and clinics.

$24.00/hr - $28.00/hr

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect data and track progress to inform treatment plans
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members
• Ensure a safe, engaging environment for client success
• Help children reach their full potential with compassion and consistency

• RBT certified
• Experience with children and passion for supporting those with ASD
• Physical ability to participate in active play and therapeutic activities
• Must pass background check and have reliable transportation
