We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on HR Manager to support our engineering and manufacturing teams. This role is responsible for leading daily HR operations, supporting leadership, and helping build a strong, safe, and engaged workforce on the production floor.
Responsibilities:- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for engineering, technical, and manufacturing roles
- Support supervisors and managers with employee relations, coaching, and performance management
- Oversee onboarding, training coordination, and development programs
- Maintain HR policies, compliance, and documentation (FMLA, ADA, OSHA, EEO, etc.)
- Partner with production and engineering leadership to improve culture, retention, and workforce planning
- Handle payroll changes, benefits administration, attendance issues, and corrective actions
- Lead engagement initiatives, safety-focused HR support, and continuous improvement efforts
- 3–5+ years of HR experience in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, and HR compliance
- Comfortable working closely with shop‑floor employees, technicians, and engineers
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Experience in fast‑paced or high‑volume environments preferred
