Job Description:

The Senior Attorney will provide high-level legal representation, leadership, and mentorship within the firm. This role requires managing complex cases, advising clients, and supporting junior attorneys in case strategy and professional development. The Senior Attorney will collaborate with firm leadership to ensure excellence in client service, compliance with ethical standards, and the advancement of the firm’s mission.

• Lead and manage complex legal cases from intake through resolution.
• Provide strategic legal advice and advocacy for clients.
• Mentor and supervise associate attorneys and paralegals.
• Review pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Contribute to firm growth by supporting client development and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ensure adherence to professional, ethical, and firm standards.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Georgia (in good standing).
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience practicing law, with proven litigation and/or transactional experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-relations skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and mentor team members effectively.
