This is a remarkable opportunity for an LPN or RN with ventilator or respiratory experience to step into a high-acuity leadership role.

As the Vent Unit Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of a high-acuity respiratory unit, ensuring exceptional outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the care of ventilator-dependent and trach patients
• Monitoring and assessing complex respiratory needs and changes in condition
• Coordinating closely with respiratory therapists, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
• Responding to respiratory emergencies and leading staff through proper clinical protocols
• Ensuring accurate documentation, care plans, and compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Providing leadership, training, and mentorship to nursing staff
• Promoting a culture of safety, communication, and clinical excellence
• Administering medications and treatments per physician orders

We are seeking candidates with:

• An active RN or LPN license in the State of Georgia
• Experience in a Ventilator Unit, Respiratory Unit, ICU, LTACH, or high-acuity skilled nursing setting
• Strong assessment skills and the ability to respond quickly to respiratory changes
• Prior experience in a Nursing Home or Rehab Center preferred
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support your team
