Douglasville Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. This key role ensures high-quality resident care, supports nursing staff, and helps maintain a positive, team-centered environment.
Position: RN Unit Manager
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Status: Full-Time
Bonus: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

- Oversee daily clinical operations of the unit
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
- Support, coach, and mentor nursing staff
- Participate in care planning, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Serve as on-call support on weekends as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident outcomes
- Active Georgia RN license (single-state or multistate) – required
- Active BLS certification – required
- Prior supervisory or unit management experience in skilled nursing preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
