As the RN Weekend Supervisor
, you will:

• Oversee nursing operations and ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery.

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff throughout the weekend shifts.

• Respond to changes in resident conditions and ensure timely interventions.

• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and weekday management teams.

• Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Active Georgia RN license

• Prior experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred

• Strong leadership and clinical decision‑making skills

• Compassionate, team‑focused approach to resident care
