, we’re seeking an experienced and motivated RN Staff Development Coordinator (SDC) to lead our education and employee health programs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a long-term care nurse who enjoys developing others and strengthening clinical excellence across the team.

As the RN Staff Development Coordinator
, you will:
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver ongoing education and in-service training for staff.
- Conduct new hire orientation and ensure completion of competencies.
- Oversee annual mandatory and continuing education programs in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Teach in-house CNA and specialty training courses.
- Coordinate the employee health program, including immunizations, flu shots, and physicals.
- Monitor and ensure up-to-date licensure and certifications for all facility staff.
- Support and collaborate with infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives.

- Active Georgia RN license (required)
- Prior experience in staff education, infection control, or clinical leadership in a long-term care setting preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
