As our Leasing and Marketing Specialist
, you will be responsible for the general marketing and leasing activity of the property.
- Show market‑ready apartments and community to customers
- Prepare application and lease documents for new residents
- Assist in marketing promotions
- Generate sales to increase occupancy
- Promote resident retention programs
- Compile reports and maintain files while adhering to company policies and fair housing laws
- 1+ years of related experience in the real estate, retail, or customer service industry
- 1+ years of LIHTC experience is a plus
- Commitment to regular attendance (may include 2 Saturdays/month)
- Ability to represent the company in its relations with residents, employees, and local vendors
Must have reliable transportation for outreach marketing
- Eligibility for semi‑annual merit increases:
January and July - Paid every week
