Department Manager

Job Summary

We are a McDonald’s franchisee seeking a Department Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front counter, drive‑thru, kitchen, and crew management. The role offers competitive pay (up to $15/hr) with an overnight shift differential and is hiring immediately.

• Lead week‑long shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and report results.
• Ensure crew delivers an excellent customer experience across all service areas.
• Control food quality, safety, and cost; train kitchen staff on production procedures.
• Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals.
• Recognize and motivate crew throughout their tenure.

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule and high energy.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
