Bonus Program:
Eligible GMs participate in a bonus program paid based on restaurant performance.

Typical day for a Restaurant General Manager includes:

• Managing profitability through cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reviews.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff.
• Training staff for operational excellence.
• Conducting inventory counts biweekly.
• Maintaining cleanliness and providing excellent guest service.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, push, pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location, typically ranging from $53,000 to $70,000 depending on the state and city.
