• Engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, enjoying a "friends first" mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make personalized suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates and foster teamwork.
• Maintain integrity and follow AEO policies & procedures.

• Love interacting with people.
• Full of energy; able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience.
• At least 16 years of age.
