Store Manager – Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween

Location:

Douglasville, GA – the main store is opening in Krog St.

Compensation:
Hourly rate $18.98 – $19.23 based on qualifications and experience.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services and overall store operation.
• Control expenses, shrinkage, human resources management and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability while adhering to all company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age: 21.
• Prior retail management experience required.
• Physical demands: more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to meet all company policies, procedures and safety requirements.
