As the Residential Electrician Quality Assurance Technician, you will physically inspect residential houses to ensure all lighting, devices, and equipment are wired, installed, and working correctly according to local and NEC Code standards, ready for inspection.

• Install boxes, wire, devices, lighting, breakers, and equipment per local NEC codes.
• Inspect and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in residential new construction homes.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine wiring placement.
• Troubleshoot and repair circuitry in new home construction.
• Maintain good communication and organization skills.
• Maintain safety standards.
• Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor.

• Understanding of local and federal regulations for safe electrical systems.
• Ability to read and execute blueprints and technical drawings.
• Willingness to operate a company vehicle.
• Self‑motivated and driven to complete tasks to the best of ability.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Physical dexterity.
• Clear communication skills.
• Organizational skills.

• 3+ years of fast‑paced residential electrical new construction experience required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean motor vehicle record.

• Must possess own hand and power tools to execute electrical jobs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at times.
