We are seeking a Commercial Door Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidates will have a strong background in garage doors with the abilities to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.

• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on various models of commercial garage doors and associated equipment, including but not limited to, overhead doors, roll-up doors, sectional doors, dock levelers, and loading dock equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and develop effective solutions to ensure functionality and safety.
• Ensure work is performed to our high standards.
• Utilize a wide range of hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and software to diagnose, repair, and test garage door systems.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations.

• Minimum of 2 or more years of experience in Commercial Garage Door Service is required.
• Working knowledge of various types of commercial garage doors, including their components, operating systems, and safety mechanisms.
• Mandatory ability to work alone, unsupervised troubleshooting, servicing, repairing, and installing commercial doors of all types to include rolling steel, sheet doors, sectionals, hi speed, fire doors, dock leveling equipment, gate openers, and a small number of residential doors on an as-needed basis.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record mandatory.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently and manage time and priorities.
• Knowledgeable about safety regulations and commitment to adhere to those regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
