Join a dedicated service delivering life-changing drug and alcohol recovery programmes across Dover and East Kent.

As our Administrator, youll be the backbone of the service, keeping operations running smoothly, data accurate and communication flowing so frontline teams can focus on supporting individuals in recovery.

Fast-paced and varied, this role needs someone proactive, adaptable and confident managing multiple priorities.

What youll be doing:

  • Maintaining efficient, organised and audit-ready administration systems
  • Accurately collecting, inputting and monitoring statistical data
  • Updating and managing case management systems (Neo
    360 & ILLY)
  • Producing monthly monitoring reports and performance data
  • Managing the general office telephone and handling enquiries professionally
  • Taking minutes at team meetings and programme reviews
  • Coordinating communication between Head Office and local services
  • Ordering supplies and ensuring office equipment is fully operational
  • Supporting service audits and escalating risks where appropriate
  • Handling confidential information in line with data protection standards

Youll thrive in this role if you:

  • Are highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Can juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Are confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Have experience with data entry and reporting systems
  • Communicate clearly and professionally at all levels
  • Understand confidentiality and information governance requirements
  • Build strong, positive working relationships

Working Pattern

This is a part-time, permanent role (21 hours per week):

  • Tuesday: 13:00 17:00
  • Wednesday: 13:00 17:00
  • Thursday: 09:00 17:00
  • Friday: 12:00 17:00

Flexibility is required to provide occasional cover across East Kent sites if needed.
